Cancellation & Refund Policy – Knysna Retreat Chalet

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our guests while also protecting our small business, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

• 100% Refund – Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

• 50% Refund – Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.

• No Refund – Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

Please note:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@knysnaretreat.co.za.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days of cancellation confirmation.

• No-shows or early departures are not eligible for any refund.
